Building a Profitable Mediation and/or Collaborative Practice
with Forrest (Woody) Mosten
Using experience and lessons of his 30 years in private mediation practice and his best selling books, Mediation Career Guide and the Collaborative Divorce Handbook, Woody Mosten will take you step by step from wanting a private practice to making it a stable financial business. You will develop your professional signature, which is the key to practice success leading to a compelling mission statement and business plan. You will examine the monetary investment and time allocation to grow your practice as well as how to maximize revenue and manage expenses once it is rolling. You will be pushed and prodded to reflect on your strengths and weaknesses in marketing and managing your practice so that you will leave this seminar with skills and a plan for building a lifetime practice. Each participant will have personal time with Woody to examine your own practice development dilemmas.
