TRAINING OBJECTIVES:

This training addresses issues associated with mediating divorce, family and interpersonal issues utilizing the following techniques:
• demonstrations of the mediation process

• participant role-play exercises with faculty feedback

MEDIATING DIVORCE AGREEMENT - Sample Schedule
Please note that specific trainings may operate on somewhat modified schedules. It is common for this training to end at between 2 and 3 p.m. on the final day. The seminar includes presentation, demonstrations, videotape and approximately eight hours of participant exercises.
